Who we are
Infinity Builders serves residential and commercial construction clients in Albuquerque and surrounding New Mexico communities. For questions about this policy or your information, contact [email protected].
Information you share
- Estimate requests: your name, email, optional phone number, project scope, property or lot status, timeline, investment range, and any project description you provide.
- Chat: the messages you send and any name, contact information, or project details you choose to share. Recent messages are sent to our AI provider to generate replies.
- Chat follow-up requests: your name, email, optional phone number, and a short project note drawn from your messages, or a brief inquiry label if no details are available.
- Technical information: hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information, request details, and error or security records.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive information through the form or chat.
How information is used
Information submitted here is used to respond to inquiries, discuss projects, prepare estimates, manage follow-up, and protect the website against misuse. An inquiry does not enroll you in an automated marketing-text subscription.
AI chat and lead records
The assistant is automated and may make mistakes. Messages are processed by OpenAI to generate replies. If you willingly provide your name and a way to reach you, the assistant may send a project summary and contact details to the team for follow-up.
Lead records and notification emails contain project details or a short summary rather than a routinely attached full chat transcript. This does not mean your messages are never processed or retained by the AI provider. Provider retention and data controls depend on its policies and account settings.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts and secures the website. Turnstile processes browser and connection signals to help distinguish people from bots when you use the estimate form.
- OpenAI processes chat messages. Its API data guidance describes provider retention and available controls.
- Formspree processes inquiries for email delivery to the team.
- Supabase provides the separately managed database and administrator sign-in used to store and manage lead records.
- Twilio, when enabled, sends lead notifications to the business owner. Those notifications may include your name and contact details; this is not an automated visitor-text subscription.
- Google Fonts delivers website fonts and receives connection information, including your IP address.
These services may process information outside New Mexico, including in other countries, under their own policies and applicable service agreements. Relevant information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
Cookies and browser storage
Security services and administrator sign-in may use cookies or browser storage. The website application does not currently include advertising pixels or optional analytics tools. Read our Cookies & Storage notice for details and browser choices.
Retention and security
How long information is retained depends on inquiry follow-up, any resulting project, legal or recordkeeping obligations, and service-provider settings. Lead records do not have an automatic expiration in this website. No fixed retention period is promised in this policy.
Deleting a lead record does not automatically remove copies in email, Formspree, SMS messages, backups, or AI-provider records. Privacy requests may require review across those systems, subject to applicable obligations and technical limitations.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the contact details below if you have a concern about information you submitted.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us by phone or email instead of using AI chat. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests are reviewed under applicable law, including any required retention or exceptions; this policy does not limit rights you may have where you live.
Children’s information
This website is intended for people seeking construction services, not children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as website features or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For questions, contact [email protected].
