Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with relevant website requests. Local storage keeps information in your browser without automatically sending it with every request. Both can support functions such as sign-in and security.
Administrator sign-in
The private administrator area stores an authentication session in local storage under ib-admin-auth to keep authorized administrators signed in. Ordinary visitors do not need an administrator account to browse, request an estimate, or use chat.
Cloudflare security
Cloudflare may use security cookies depending on the protections enabled for this website. The estimate form uses Turnstile when configured. Turnstile processes signals such as IP address, browser information, and connection characteristics for bot detection and security improvement.
Read the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Cookie Policy for details. Specific security cookies depend on hosting settings and the checks your browser encounters.
Chat and optional tracking
Chat messages are held in the current page’s memory, not saved by this chat interface to cookies or local storage. Sending a message still transmits it to the AI service, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
The website application does not currently integrate advertising pixels or optional analytics tools. External services such as Google Fonts receive connection information when requested, even without a marketing cookie. Necessary security and sign-in functions are not presented as optional marketing choices.
Your browser choices
You can inspect, clear, or block cookies and site storage through your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking necessary storage or security services may interrupt administrator sign-in or estimate submission. Clearing browser storage does not delete inquiries already sent to the team or records held by service providers.
You can also contact the team directly at [email protected] or (505) 990-9049.
Changes
We will update this notice when the website’s storage practices change. Any future optional tracking should be assessed for appropriate notices and consent requirements before it is enabled. For privacy questions, see our Privacy Policy.
